Therapy
Counselling is a process in which we can explore what truly matters to us, and to discover more satisfying ways to live our lives.
Combining my training and experience as a qualified counsellor (MBACP) and Thinking Environment® Coach, I work with clients to build trust based relationships that create a platform, from which meaningful exploration and healing can take place.
Support for Counsellors
A healthy counselling practice is built on the solid foundation of quality supervision and support.
As an integrative counsellor and trainee psychoanalytical psychotherapist, I offer integrative supervision, often using the Seven Eye Model as a framework, for a multi-dimensional perspective, which holds the client at its’ heart.
Along side this, I also run Reflective Practice groups and 1-2-1 Sessions with therapists wishing to more intentionally focus on their development, aspirations and professional identity.
Meet Catherine Noel
I established my private practice as a therapist, coach and trainer after 20 years in corporate roles focusing on Talent & Leadership Development and Organisational/Employee Wellbeing.
The thread that runs through all my work is my experience creating environments where people feel safe enough to explore their thoughts and emotions and where they are heard with compassion; whether that’s in my 1-2-1 work, group work or classes.
I am a professional member of the following bodies and abide by their standards and codes of ethics.
